Description

This program targets members of the Air Operations Management Team, especially individuals appointed as an EASA Nominated Person for Flight Operations or Crew Training. Because these roles work closely together and often substitute for one another, the course directly addresses their shared responsibilities. As an EASA Nominated Person, you must fully understand these responsibilities.

The program teaches practical management strategies and techniques that ensure safe and efficient operations. It also prepares participants to successfully navigate regulatory authority interviews, which form an essential part of the EASA Nominated Person’s duties. In addition, the course offers a confidential environment where participants can exchange insights and best practices with industry peers. Every EASA Nominated Person benefits greatly from these peer-to-peer discussions.

By completing this program, participants strengthen their managerial capabilities, deepen their regulatory understanding, and enhance their readiness to represent their organisation effectively.
