This course equips Aviation Safety Inspectors and airline professionals with the practical knowledge and skills required to manage aircraft leasing arrangements effectively. First, the course explains how air operators submit leasing arrangement applications. Participants then learn how to assess application completeness and regulatory compliance. In addition, the training highlights the allocation of operational control, airworthiness, and personnel licensing responsibilities between lessors and lessees. Therefore, participants can identify safety gaps early and take corrective action.
Moreover, the course provides step-by-step guidance on approving proposed aircraft leasing arrangements. It emphasizes risk-based decision-making and ICAO-compliant approval criteria. At the same time, participants learn how to document approvals clearly and consistently.
